Each motel room or apartment is registered for a maximum number of people which includes adults, children and infants. If on arrival the number of people exceeds the occupancy for the booked room, we reserve the right to refuse the booking without refund.
Check out is 10am. Upon check out, please bring your key to reception. If checking out before 9am, please place in the slot located at reception.
Late check-outs can be arranged – please discuss with reception. Charges may apply.
Note: Late checkout is dependent on availability. Please speak to management upon arrival to discuss.
10am check out. Key can be brought to reception from 9am or if they leave early there is a slot at reception door where guests can put the key. Guests can request late checkout when booking or at check in. No late fees.
Please return your room keycard to reception upon departure.
A $10 fee will be charged to the credit card provided with your booking for each keycard not returned on departure.

Guest laundry is available on site. Coin operated, $4 per wash and $4 per dry.
This motel is strictly a non-smoking establishment. Smoking in Motel Rooms and Apartments is not permitted and an extra cost of 1 night’s tariff and $100 for cleaning will be charged to your account should this policy be ignored. Provision is made for smokers on the balconies and verandah areas only. Guests are asked to respect the health and comfort of other guests by using these designated areas if they wish to smoke on the premises.

Please wash up your plates, cutlery, pans and cooking utensils after use and leave them on the rack to dry. Please do not put dishes back in the cupboard. Cleaning charges may apply if kitchen equipment is not clean.

12 Apostles Helicopter Flights. The 12 Apostles is a collection of limestone stacks off the shore of Port Campbell National Park, by the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia.
Marriner’s Lookout. Overlooks Apollo Bay and is located on the outskirts of the township.
An easy 10 minute walk from the carpark is rewarded with a spectacular ocean, beach, hinterland and town view, especially pretty for watching the sunrise.

For your convenience, complimentary emergency toiletries such as, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, sanitary napkins, and shower caps etc. are available at no charge from reception. We also have additional soap, shampoo, towels (shower and beach), etc. available at no additional cost during reception hours.
Hot breakfast is not available at the property, however cold offerings such as juice, cereal, fruit cups and muffins are available for purchase from reception.
A selection of juices, wines and beer are available for purchase at reception during reception hours. Tea, coffee and sugar are complimentary.
Towels for the pool and beach are available for loan from Reception.
Safe deposit facilities are available at Reception. It is recommended not to leave valuables in your room as the Motel assumes no liability for valuables left in your room.
Part 5.2 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 may make an accommodation provider liable to make good the loss of a guest’s property in certain circumstances even though the loss is not caused by the fault of the accommodation provider, or the provider’s agent.
The liability of the accommodation provider under the Act—
• applies only to a guest of the accommodation provider;
• applies only for the period for which the guest is provided accommodation;
• is limited to $300 for each room provided for the use of the guest on the day, unless the guest’s property was placed in a safekeeping service (excluding a safe in a room);
• is limited to $3000 for each room in respect of a guest’s property that was placed in a safekeeping service (excluding a safe in a room);
• does not cover motor vehicles and property owned by the guest left in or on a motor vehicle.
Part 5.2 does not limit any other right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012.
